830PM at Pier 40. Who’s in?
We are playing FCJapan this Sunday (March 30) at 8AM and 10AM respectively. Please indicate your status for BOTH games below. I know 8AM is early but we need as many attendees as possible as we must take six points away from this outing.

Please indicate if you will be driving. The field, located at Leonard Street and Bayard Street in Brooklyn, is also easily accessible by L train.
Finally, it is our responsibility to bring nets as we are the home team. We are trying to track some down, but if we can’t it may be necessary for one of you Upper East Siders (Edmunds) to swing by the Soccer Super Store up there and pick some up. I assume Mazzi will have the club reimburse you. We’ll be in touch if that becomes necessary.

This just in – we have two Sunday morning friendlies scheduled against Shamrock at 9AM (845AM arrival) and 11AM on the field at East 6th Street (at FDR). We’ll be fielding a mixed team with the 030s for the first game and the second game will be just us. Please indicate your availability for both games.

Two weeks to go before the battle to avoid relegation begins. We had a great showing last Monday with a strong contingent of veterans and some very able looking new guys. If you’re waiting for the right time to start losing the winter weight and getting fit for the season – that time is now.

I’ve arranged a pre-season friendly with the guys at Manhattan Celtic – single 90 minute game, to get the legs moving again. I’ll be doing these every week leading up to the season. THIS GAME IS NOW POSTPONED. PLEASE TURNUP FOR TRAINING AS WE’LL BE DOING A SCRIMMAGE NONETHELESS.

Welcome all new guys who’ve been training with the squad throughout the winter. Just a quick note on what I need you to do and how things will work this season.
1) Please post all your contact details, inc cell, by adding a comment to this thread.
2) Please confirm your availability for Game 1 – FC Japan, on the Match Details thread
3) Please make sure you attend all March training sessions. Selections for Game 1 will be made following the final (w/c March 16th & 23rd) sessions of the month.
4) Please try your hardest to attend the pre-season meet-up (March 7th @ Central Bar), drink too much Stella, bring some good stories and raise hell
